We offer rentals for up to 30 nights due to our agreements with property owners. Additional cleaning fees apply for stays longer than 10 days.

We ask that you tidy the property before departure, including placing rubbish and recycling in designated bins and washing any dishes. Our team will handle the final cleaning and linen removal.

If availability allows and you’re not within the cancellation period, we can adjust your booking dates or guest numbers. Please email us at abbie@bespokestays.co.nz with your booking details.

Events such as birthday parties, hen/stag dos, work functions, and wedding celebrations are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us at abbie@bespokestays.co.nz if you’d like to discuss hosting a small event.

The maximum number of guests for each property is strictly enforced and cannot be exceeded. Please refer to the property listing for specific occupancy limits.

Pets are allowed only if stipulated on a listing as pet friendly.

Most properties require a minimum stay of 2 nights, with public holidays requiring a 3-night minimum. For some smaller properties, 1-night stays may be available. Please contact us at hello@bespokestays.co.nz for inquiries.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not available during peak periods (December to April, school holidays, and long weekends). However, we’ll notify you on the day of arrival if the property is ready early.
Outside peak times, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible depending on our schedule. Please inquire when booking, but confirmation may only be provided a day before your arrival.
$75 fee will apply for late checkout up to two hours. If you need more than a two-hour extension beyond standard times, we recommend booking an additional night.

Check-in is available from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is required by 10 am.

Three days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with detailed check-in instructions, including the property address and the lockbox code for the key.

All beds come with crisp white linens, and each bathroom is stocked with towels, hand towels, face cloths, and bath mats. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. The kitchen includes a selection of tea, coffee, and a small carton of milk for your convenience.
Properties with gas BBQs will have a gas bottle provided.
